The Odell Agency is looking for an aspiring entrepreneur who is highly motivated, professional and wants to make a difference in people’s lives to join a local sales team in the Tuscaloosa, AL; Meridian MS and Surrounding Areas.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity is an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual with a proven record of professionalism and success in fast-paced environments.
The individual selected can take advantage of comprehensive sales training along with dependable home office support to grow his/her own, independent business and realize the unlimited growth potential unique to the insurance industry and to The Odell Agency as a leader in the Alabama and Mississippi markets.
Suggested skills include:
- Energetic, self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior sales, recruiting or marketing experience is a plus
- A strong desire to learn what it takes to run an independent business
- A life and health insurance license is required, but can be obtained during the on-boarding process
This is a 1099 contractor role.
